Our Team
Lead Pastors Lance and Lauren Snow have been serving in ministry for 3+ years and have a passion for prayer, a heart for God and a dedication to His people. They have a strong desire to see the lives of the church and the surrounding community be changed for eternity. This is done by ministering to God’s people and helping them learn to follow Christ and to cultivate their relationship with Him. Then sending them out into their communities to impact the world with the Gospel.
Pastors Lance and Lauren Snow see every person that comes through the doors of Lead Church as a soul created in the image of God and is someone that has great value. They desire to love, encourage and disciple the people of God.
Assistant Pastor John Forman is married to Sharon, and they have three grown children. He served in the United States Air Force as an enlisted member for 7 years and as a Protestant Chaplain for 13 years. He retired from the USAF and went to work as a civil service employee for another 14 years. He has received extensive training in Biblical Conflict Resolution, has led three short-term missions trips and was a group member of one trip. The Lord has allowed him and his family to travel around the USA and to foreign countries to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. John & Sharon joined Lead Church in July 2021. Since then, he has served as the church treasurer and bookkeeper. Sharon has pastored the children. John has earned a Master of Divinity Degree at the Church of God School of Theology (now called Pentecostal Theological Seminary) in Cleveland, Tennessee.
